Well,here you are on the verge of departing, with all the efforts of your devoted training which included many many miles of running up hills and down dales, Gym work, half marathons, full marathons and all the other type of events you have completed in. then to see you after all of this as a new person,fit and healthy and in very good shape. I had quite a lot of phone calls the other ady at work asking if I had a brother. I haven't, so when they said my double was on the front of the Gazette with the same surname I was interested as it isn't exactly the most popular name in the phone book. Well sure enough we look uncannily alike from the photo - so I'll be giving my Dad the third degree today. He's born and bred Shiregreen so maybe we are related?? Other than the name and likeness, I wanted to say that your run also touches me in another way. I have Leukemia and I'm always moved when people go to these physical extremes to raise money for cancer research, so thanks a lot.
